Al Noor International School celebrates Bahraini National Day

Over the past two days, Al Noor International School held a special celebration on the occasion of Bahrain’s National Holidays, and the anniversary of the accession of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the country’s great king, to the throne.
The opening ceremony witnessed the presence of the Chairman of the School’s Board of Directors, Ali Hassan, Dr. Muhammad Mashhoud, and the Acting Director of the School, Abdul Rahman Al-Kooheji, in addition to members of the academic and administrative bodies and students from all educational levels.
The students welcomed the attendees with welcome signs expressing their happiness. Then the program began with the national anthem, followed by a fragrant recitation of verses from the Holy Quran. After that, the students presented various heritage displays that highlighted the pride and pride of all citizens and residents in Bahrain’s wonderful achievements, its heritage, customs and traditions, and the deep sense of belonging to the land. A special text was also presented, delivered by a number of students, in which it celebrated the efforts of the country’s wise leadership to consolidate Bahrain’s position as a distinguished country among countries while preserving its ancient cultural heritage and Arab Muslim identity.
In addition to the official ceremony, the school organized a show of sleight of hand and magic acts for students in kindergarten, primary and middle sections, in the school’s multi-purpose hall. The presentation was admired by the students and created an atmosphere of amazement and excitement.
The school was decorated with its students and employees wearing white and red colors and raising flags in a scene that reflects pride and national unity. The vibrant colors of the love of Bahrain increased the enthusiasm of all the students, as they actively participated in a variety of activities, including sports and cultural games and competitions, in addition to face painting and drawing henna on the students’ paws.
Nearly 5,000 students, male and female, participated in the celebration, along with members of the administrative and educational bodies, which reflected the unified sense of pride and belonging of all members of Al Noor International School.
This celebration was not only a tribute to Bahrain’s ancient history and rich culture, but also emphasized the school’s commitment to enhancing the sense of belonging and citizenship and rooting the popular heritage among all students.
