“Tenders”: Land for a service station for “Edamah” in Arad for 4.4 million dinars

Yesterday, the Tenders and Auctions Board opened 13 tenders, including 5 that went to the Electricity Authority, the most prominent of which was the request to purchase carbon dioxide for the Ras Abu Jarjour station, at a value of 22.5 thousand dinars, while a single bid was submitted for the Edamah tender in which it requested a plot of land in the Arad area to be developed as a multi-use project that includes a station. Fuel service worth 4.4 million dinars.

51 bids were submitted for the 13 tenders, as the Central Stores Department at the Electricity and Water Authority requested the supply of smart electricity meters KWH LV 3PH DIRECT NBIOT for the purpose of use by the Electricity Distribution Department. Three bids were submitted for the tender, the lowest of which amounted to 200 thousand dinars. The Authority also requested the purchase of a second one. Carbon dioxide for use by the Ras Abu Jarjour station, for which one bid was submitted, worth 22.5 thousand dinars.

Two companies competed in a tender put forward by the Central Stores Department – Electricity and Water Authority to purchase VALVE HYDRANT valves for the purpose of use by the Water Distribution Department, and the lowest value was 40.5 thousand dinars.

The fourth tender included a request to purchase LUMINAIRE, LED lighting for use by the Electricity Distribution Department. Six bids were submitted, the lowest of which amounted to 105.9 thousand dinars. The fifth tender was to supply and install air conditioners in the Riffa Electricity Production Station in 4 different buildings in the station, in order to produce electricity. Four bids competed for the tender, the lowest amounting to 140.8 thousand dinars.

The Ministry of Public Works issued a tender to develop Road 2904 – Salmaniya, Block 329, as part of the work of repaving the street with asphalt, providing side sidewalks for pedestrians, creating a rainwater drainage network, laying ground channels, improving the level of lighting, and placing directional and traffic signs to ensure public safety. 10 bids were submitted for it. The lowest was 446 thousand dinars.

The Ministry of Education also issued a tender for the maintenance and repair of central printing machines in the Internal Examinations Department, and two bids were submitted for the tender, the lowest of which was 46.2 dinars. The Information and e-Government Authority requested a tender to create a comprehensive register that includes all systems and applications and documents all their technical, financial, and contractual details, “such as investment costs, operational costs, supplier information, contracts, and contract periods for those systems, and the duration of ongoing contracts supporting and assisting the systems, development techniques, and so on.” It submitted a tender for the tender. 6 bids, the lowest of which was 104.5 thousand dinars.

The Bahrain International Exhibition Center issued a tender to provide security guard services, and 9 companies competed for this tender, the lowest value of which was 5.7 thousand dinars.

For its part, Bapco Refining Company launched a tender to provide repair services for ground storage tanks. Five different companies applied for it, the lowest of which was valued at 25.6 million dinars.

To modify the mechanical dampers for smoke exhaust fans and staircase pressure fans, Gulf Air Group issued a tender, for which one bid was submitted, valued at 60.6 thousand dinars.

In turn, the Bahrain Real Estate Investment Company “Edamah” submitted two tenders, one of which was to lease a property that included a building in the Gufoul area, and one bid was submitted to the tender with a value of 1.83 million dinars, while the tender concerned the lease of a plot of land in Arad in the Muharraq Governorate to develop and operate it as a mixed-use project that includes a fuel service station. Only one bid was submitted for it, worth 4.4 million dinars.
