Moscow: We evacuated diplomats from Russia, Belarus and North Korea from Syria

The Russian Foreign Ministry said on Sunday that an Air Force plane took off from the Hmeimim base in Syria, carrying some diplomats from Russia, Belarus, and North Korea.

 

The Foreign Ministry’s Crisis Department stated The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said on its messaging channel on the Telegram application that the work of the Russian embassy in Damascus continues.

 

The Russian Information Agency quoted the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs as saying that an evacuation had taken place. All its diplomats are from Syria.
