Last week, 13% of Canadians want their country to become an American state.
Trump made the first remark about the “51st term” during a dinner party with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau at the end of November.
During the meeting, Trump joked that if Canada could not deal with 25% tariffs, it could become the 51st US state.
