Napoli leads the Italian League

Napoli defeated its host Genoa 2-1, in the 17th round of the Italian Football League.

Napoli raised its score to 38 points, temporarily rising to the top of the competition standings, awaiting leaders Atalanta’s confrontation with Empoli, on Sunday, within the same round’s competitions.

On the other hand, Genoa’s score froze at 16 points in 14th place.

In the 15th minute, Napoli took the lead through Frank Anguissa, before Amir Rahmani added the second goal for Napoli in the 23rd minute.

Genoa scored its only goal through Andrea Biamonti in the 51st minute.
