Distributing 1.4 billion riyals in profits for the second half of 2024

Today, the Board of Directors of SABIC Agricultural Nutrition Company decided to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the second half of the year 2024.
The company said in a statement on the Saudi Tadawul: The total amount distributed is 1,428,106,212 riyals.
It added that the number of shares eligible for dividends is 476,035,404 shares.
She indicated that the share of the distribution is 3 riyals.
It stated that the distribution ratio to the nominal share value is 30%.
It stated that the eligibility date: 02/04/2025, and the distribution date: 02/17/2025.
SABIC Agricultural Nutrients Company announced an amendment to its methodology for disclosing the Board of Directors’ decision to distribute interim dividends if authorized by the Ordinary General Assembly, starting next year 2025.
Pursuant to this amendment, the Board of Directors’ decision to distribute interim dividends will be disclosed as follows:
1- Announcing the interim dividend distribution for the first half after approving the interim financial results for the second quarter of the same fiscal year.
2- Announcing the distribution of interim profits for the second half after approving the annual financial results for the same fiscal year.
This step comes within the framework of the Board of Directors’ endeavor to maximize the investment value of shareholders in a manner commensurate with the company’s financial performance.
