Greece.. 3 earthquakes hit northern Athens, without injuries

Residents of the northern Greek capital, Athens, witnessed three earthquakes during the early hours of Sunday morning, causing noticeable tremors due to their shallow depth, although they were weak in terms of their strength.
The Greek newspaper “Katemerini” reported that the first earthquake occurred at 0322 a.m. on Sunday, with a magnitude of 2.8 on the Richter scale, in the Halandri suburb, north of the city, at a depth of 5.7 kilometers.

Then it was followed by two weaker earthquakes in the same area, a tremor with a magnitude of 2.1 at 0447 AM, and another with a magnitude of 2.2 at 0845 AM at a depth of two kilometers.
The tremors alarmed residents of northern and central Athens, with many of them expressing their concerns on social media. However, no injuries or damage were reported.
