المملكة: Places and times: Light to medium and dense fog over parts of 6 regions

The National Center of Meteorology warned in its weather report of light to medium and dense fog over parts of 6 regions during the early morning hours today, Monday, continuing until 8 am.
The associated effects include a decrease in horizontal visibility (3-5) kilometers in areas of light fog, an almost non-existence of horizontal visibility (1-3) kilometers in areas of moderate fog, and a lack of visibility of one kilometer or less in areas of dense fog.

Places where fog spreads

Eastern Region: Jubail, Khobar, Dammam, Qatif, Ras Tanura, Al Udayd, Al Ahsa and Abqaiq.
Riyadh: Diriyah, the capital Riyadh, Thadig, Huraymila and Rumah.
Mecca: Al-Shifa, Al-Hada, and Maysan.
Al-Baha: Al-Qaraa, Al-Mandaq, Al-Baha, Baljurashi, and Bani Hassan.
Jazan: Al-Harth, Al-Da’ir, Al-Rayth, Al-Ardha, Al-Aydabi, Fifa, Haroub, Abu Arish, Ahad Al-Masarha, Al-Twal, Al-Fatiha, Samtah, Sabya, and Damad.
Asir: Abha, Ahad Rufaidah, Al-Harjah, Al-Rabou’a, Khamis Mushayt, Sarat Ubaidah, Dhahran Al-Janoub, Al-Namas, Balqarn and Tanuma.

High waves

In its weather report today, Tuesday, the National Center of Meteorology warned of high waves in parts of 3 regions, namely Mecca, Medina, and Tabuk.
The phenomenon begins at 8 a.m. and continues until 9 p.m., in Shuaiba, Al-Layth, Jeddah, and Rabigh in Mecca, Al-Rayyis and Yanbu in Medina, and Umluj in Tabuk.
The center indicated that the waves were 2-2.5 meters high, and that active winds were blowing in those places.

High winds

In its weather report on Tuesday, the National Center of Meteorology expects strong winds to continue in parts of Mecca, Medina and Tabuk.
The winds will continue until 8 am, over Shuaiba, Al-Layth, and Rabigh in Mecca, Al-Rais and Yanbu in Medina, and Duba, Neum Sharma, Al-Wajh, and Umluj in Tabuk.
Associated effects include low horizontal visibility, high waves, and wind speeds of up to (40-49) kilometers per hour.
He added that the weather tends to be generally stable during this week in most regions of the Kingdom, with the exception of the appearance of some cloud formations on the southern and western highlands.
