In another connected and simultaneous security operation, Brigadier Talal bin Abdul Mohsen bin Shalhoub explained that the General Directorate of Narcotics Control in the Kingdom, in cooperation with the Zakat Authority The Saudi Tax and Customs Department was able to arrest 6 residents of Pakistani nationality while they were receiving 71 kilograms of the narcotic methamphetamine (Shabu) in the Riyadh region.

The security spokesman called on citizens and residents to report any activities related to drug smuggling or drug promotion, by calling the numbers 911 in the regions of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Medina, Riyadh, and Al-Sharqiya, and 999 in the rest of the regions of the Kingdom, and the number of reports of the General Directorate of Narcotics Control 995.
