The Human Resources Development Fund supports the employment of 169,000 citizens within 3 months

The Human Resources Development Fund revealed its contribution to supporting 169,000 male and female citizens during the third quarter of 2024.
The total amounts spent on support and empowerment programs amounted to about 1.4 billion riyals during the same period.

Employment support

The number of Fund shares to support their employment during the first nine months of 2024 reached about 294,000 male and female citizens to work in private sector establishments.
1.7 million benefited from all of the Fund’s programs and products in the same period.
The number of establishments benefiting from services and products from the beginning of 2024 until the end of the third quarter reached about 139 thousand establishments from various regions of the Kingdom operating in all vital sectors.

Training and guidance support

The total amounts spent on training, guidance and empowerment support programs provided by the Fund in the first nine months of 2024 amounted to about 5.48 billion riyals.
The Fund is keen to keep pace with the development renaissance witnessed by the Kingdom in all fields, and the accompanying development and changes in the needs of the business sector, and in the demand for the skills of national cadres.
The Fund is constantly working to develop and advance the skills of the nation’s sons and daughters, raise their level of participation in the labor market, and stimulate the private sector to contribute to Emiratisation, in addition to strengthening the partnership with relevant authorities in training, employing and empowering national cadres, and increasing their competitiveness and sustainability in the labor market.
