US Army veteran.. New information about the New Orleans attack perpetrator
Federal investigators believe that he is a US Army veteran, and prepared the explosives at this property that he rented, according to the British Daily Mail.

Shams al-Din Jabbar, an American citizen born and raised in Texas, drove an electric car from Houston to Louisiana to carry out the deadly attack.
