87 horses compete in the sixth evening of the Dubai Racing Carnival

Dubai, January 2, 2017 – Tomorrow, Friday, Meydan International Raceway will host the sixth evening of the Dubai Racing Carnival, the first in 2025, which includes 8 strong rounds with the participation of an elite group of world racing champions.
87 horses will participate in the evening, competing for financial prizes worth a total of 3.3 million dirhams, distributed over eight rounds.
The Zabeel Mile race takes center stage as the most prominent event of the evening in the fifth half, in which 9 horses participate and compete for financial prizes amounting to 850,000 dirhams.
In the sixth round, the “Dabawi Stakes”, which is held on the sand track with the participation of 6 horses, prizes amounting to 700 thousand dirhams were allocated for it.
The second half is called “Sword of Honor,” and is designated for horses aged 4 years and older, and is held at a distance of 1,200 meters on the sand track, with the participation of 13 horses. While the third race is called “Sword of Excellence,” and is designated for horses ages 3 years and older, and is held on… A distance of 1200 meters on the grass track, with the participation of 13 horses.
