The Minister of Sports and the Governor of Matrouh participate in the Siwa Oasis Walking Festival
The Minister of Youth and Sports, Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, accompanied by the Governor of Matrouh, Khaled Shuaib, participated today, Friday, in the walking festival that started from the Temple of the Coronation of Alexander to the Bath of Cleopatra in Siwa Oasis, a distance of 2 kilometers, with the participation of 200 young men and women, during the visit of the Minister of Youth and Sports. Matrouh, to emphasize the importance of sports and optimal exploitation of youth energies.
She stated The governorate, in a statement today, Friday, said that the Minister of Youth and Sports and the Governor of Matrouh were keen, on the sidelines of the festival, to inspect the Temple of the Coronation of Alexander, and learn about the events that the temple witnessed. They also inspected the Youth Aghormi exhibition of craft and handmade products that carry the Siwi heritage, and listened to an explanation about the products with motivation and encouragement. Exhibitors to continue participating in the exhibitions held by the Ministry in cooperation with the governorate.
