Dubai Airport expects to receive 4.3 million passengers in the first two weeks of January
Dubai, January 3 / WAM / Dubai International Airport is expected to receive 4.3 million passengers during the first two weeks of this year.
Dubai Airports expected, in a press release today, that daily traffic at the airport will reach its peak on January 3, with the number of passengers on this day reaching 311,000 passengers, bringing the average number of daily passengers during the first two weeks of this month to 287,000 passengers, an increase. It is estimated at about 8% compared to the same period in 2024, and about 6% compared to levels before the Corona pandemic in 2018-2019.
This exceptional performance reflects an increase in the number of international travelers departing after the holiday season, in addition to residents returning from their holidays.
