At the hands of a masked person… two people were killed in a shooting inside a company in Germany

Two employees were killed after a shooting at a mechanical engineering company in southwestern Germany, police said Tuesday.
A police spokesman announced that another person was seriously injured, while the perpetrator, who is believed to have carried out the crime alone, is still on the run.
A masked person entered the company in the city of Bad Friedrichshale, north of Stuttgart, at the beginning of the evening, and then shot the two men.

Great security operation

The police said: “A major manhunt is currently underway,” and stated in a post on the social media platform “X” that a major security operation is currently underway, but there is no danger to the public.
A police helicopter was dispatched to the area. About 20,000 people live in Bad Friedrichshale, which is located in the prosperous state of Baden-Württemberg.
Bad Friedrich Schaal’s mayor, Timo Frei, told the German news agency (DPA) that he was “shocked” by the news, adding that the company is well-known in the region and is a major employer with about 400 employees.
