Installation of camera No. 200,000 within a project "protection" Ras Al Khaimah

Ras Al Khaimah, January 15 / WAM / Major General Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police, witnessed the installation of camera No. 200,000 as part of the “Protection” system project at the headquarters of the “Street Group” company, which specializes in manufacturing armored vehicles.
The event was attended by His Excellency Jamal Ahmed Al-Tair, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Public Resources Authority, and the General Directors, Ahmed Reda Abdul Aziz, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Street Company, Maysoon Mohammed Al-Dhahab, Acting Director-General of the Public Resources Authority, and Yasser Abdullah Al-Ahmad, Head of the Communications Sector. Governmental and institutional officials in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zones Authority (RAKZ), and a number of police officers.
Major General Al Nuaimi praised the continued successes of the “Protection” system, which contributed to reducing the crime rate across the emirate, strengthened oversight of facilities through modern and advanced cameras, accelerated access to outlaws, and strengthened public security.
He said that the installation of the 200,000th camera in Street Group, one of the most prominent companies in Ras Al Khaimah, reflects the continuity of the project and its success in achieving its security goals, noting that this achievement represents a new step towards enhancing security and safety in the emirate. For his part, His Excellency Jamal Ahmed Al Tair stressed the importance of the partnership between Ras Al Khaimah Police and the Public Resources Authority in achieving the objectives of the “Hemaya” project, explaining that the project relies on advanced cameras with international specifications, which contributes to enhancing reassurance among segments of society.
Jamal Al-Tair pointed out that the “Protection” system has proven, since its launch, its effectiveness in reducing crime, by providing accurate recordings that contributed to supporting police and security operations, stressing that the project represents a model of successful partnership between government institutions to achieve security and stability in the emirate.
