Urgent.. Emir of Qatar: We thank Egypt and America for their efforts in reaching a ceasefire agreement in Gaza
The Emir of the State of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, expressed his hope that the announcement of the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip would contribute to ending the aggression, destruction and killing in the Gaza Strip and the occupied Palestinian territories.
The Emir of Qatar said, in A statement reported by the Qatar News Agency this evening, Wednesday, “ We thank the Arab Republic of Egypt and the United States of America for their appreciated efforts, and the diplomatic role of the State of Qatar in reaching this agreement is our humanitarian duty before our political role.”
He added, “We hope that the announcement of the ceasefire agreement in Gaza will contribute to ending Aggression, destruction and killing in the Gaza Strip and the occupied Palestinian territories, and the beginning of a new phase in which this just cause is not marginalized, and serious work is done to solve it justly in accordance with the resolutions of international legitimacy.”
