The President of the Cycling Federation meets with the national team before participating in the Sharjah International Race
Ayman Ali Hassan, President of the Egyptian Cycling Federation, held an important meeting with the technical staff and players of the national cycling team, days before our national cycling team travels to the Emirates to participate in the Sharjah International Race, which is scheduled for the period from 23 to 29 of this January.
During his meeting with the national team, Ayman Ali Hassan was keen to motivate the players and ask them to focus intensely and represent Egypt in an honorable manner and appear in a good manner. It befits the name and status of Egypt.
The Federation’s Board of Directors succeeded in providing a closed camp in one of the hotels in 6th of October City for the national team players to prepare them strongly before traveling to the Emirates and representing Egypt in the important tournament. It is expected that there will be strong competition between all participating countries.
On the other hand, the technical staff of the national team, led by Ahmed Magdy, decided to select 9 players to join the camp. The latter is in preparation for traveling to the UAE to participate in the Sharjah International Race.
The initial list of professional triathlon pharaohs in the Emirates includes: Hassan Muhammad Amr, Muhammad Faraj Ayesh, and Ahmed Al-Sanafawi, in addition to The first 6 place holders who participated in the road race that was recently held in 6th of October City are: Ali Al-Sayed, Ziad Muhammad Ali, Ahmed Saeed Salah, and Ahmed Araban Al-Sayed. And Abdul Rahman Shawqi Muhammad and Abdul Rahman Ahmed Fahim.
For his part, Hani Saeed, a member of the Board of Directors of the Cycling Federation, confirmed that the final list of the Pharaohs will consist of 6 players and it will be announced days before Traveling to the Emirates.
Saeed added that the road races that were recently held in 6th of October City witnessed strong competitions and showed distinctive elements that will It has a positive and effective role with the national teams of all ages.
Hani Saeed praised the high spirit and cooperation among the members of the Board of Directors, headed by Captain Ayman Ali Hassan, stressing that the Board succeeded in organizing the tournament.
