Al-Wasl player, Nicolas Jimenez, admitted that his team did not appear in the way he aspired to during the confrontation with Al-Nassr Saudi Arabia in the AFC Champions League 2, considering that the four-way loss was the result of individual and collective errors committed by the players.

Jimenez said, in press statements after the match, that the opposing team succeeded in exploiting cross balls perfectly, which resulted in scoring more than one goal through them, which contributed to resolving the confrontation early.

He added: “We needed more focus and avoid such mistakes, especially against a team that has elements capable of investing half-chances and turning them into goals.”
