A Saudi citizen was killed in Jordan after being stabbed with a sharp object, while Jordanian security authorities announced the arrest of the perpetrator in Karak Governorate.
The media spokesman for the Public Security Directorate in Jordan, Amer Sartawi, revealed the circumstances of the incident, explaining that he was stabbed by one of the people following previous disputes between them, and he soon died.

A Saudi citizen was killed in Jordan

He stated that the perpetrator of the crime, after stabbing the victim, fled and went into hiding, noting that an investigation team from the Criminal Investigation Department and the Karak Police Directorate had been formed to pursue him, locate him, and arrest him.

Indeed, Al-Saratawi confirmed that the perpetrator was arrested and the sharp tool he used in the crime was seized.
He stated that he confessed during his interrogation to the stabbing process following disagreements and the existence of a case between him and the victim and others, stressing that he would be referred to the public prosecutor of the Grand Criminal Court.

Zabin Al-Shammari

According to Al Arabiya, the murdered Saudi citizen is Zabin Al-Shammari, who was 48 years old and from Rafha Governorate in the northern border region.
It was reported that Al-Shammari recently visited Jordan, and the Saudi embassy in Jordan followed up on the circumstances of the incident and contacted the family of the murdered person.
