Syria.. A car bomb exploded in the city of Manbij in the eastern countryside of Aleppo

Local sources in the city of Manbij in the eastern countryside of Aleppo, Syria, told the German News Agency (DPA) today, Friday, that “a car bomb exploded on Al-Raba Street in the center of the city.”

The sources confirmed that ambulances and public security vehicles headed to the location.


This is the third car to explode in the city after the Syrian National Army forces took control of the city at the beginning of this month after battles with the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF).

The eastern countryside of Manbij witnesses daily battles between National Army forces in the vicinity of Tishreen Dam, southeast of the city of Manbij.
