While the opportunity is still ripe for light rain to fall on parts of the regions of Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha, and the highlands of the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region, it is not unlikely that fog will form over parts of those areas.

Red Sea

Surface winds: North to northwesterly at a speed of 18-38 km/h in the northern and central parts, reaching 45 km/h towards the Gulf of Aqaba.
Southeasterly to easterly at a speed of 10-32 km/h in the southern part, reaching 45 km/h towards the Bab al-Mandab Strait.

Wave height: from one to two meters in the northern and central parts, and from half a meter to one and a half meters in the southern part, reaching two meters towards the Bab al-Mandab Strait.

Sea condition: Moderate waves in the northern and central parts, and light to medium waves in the southern parts.

Arabian Gulf

Surface winds: northwesterly to westerly at a speed of 12-35 km/h.

Wave height: from one meter to one and a half metres.

Sea state: moderate waves.
