Fujairah Club tops the medal table in the Al-Ittihad Junior Swimming Championship

Fujairah, December 23 / WAM / Fujairah Club topped the medal table in the Al-Ittihad Swimming Championship for the junior and general categories, after winning 60 medals at the end of the competitions of the first week of the championship, which is organized by the Emirates Aquatic Sports Federation as part of the sports season calendar.
The club’s brilliance reflects the continuous development witnessed by the game of swimming, ahead of a number of clubs participating in the tournament.
At the age groups level, the Fujairah Club swimmers made a strong presence in the 14-15 years and 16-17 years stages, after controlling first place in the overall standings for these two categories.
The achievement comes in light of the broad participation of more than 200 swimmers representing 11 clubs, amid a strong competitive atmosphere and advanced technical levels, which reflect the development of swimming at the state level.
The championship competitions are scheduled to be completed in the coming days with the holding of races for the 11-year-old and general stage, amid the club’s aspirations to continue winning medals and strengthening its lead at the conclusion of the championship.
