المملكة: Jazan..thwarting the smuggling of 464 kilograms of the narcotic khat plant

Security regiment patrols in the Jazan region foiled the smuggling of (200) kilograms of the narcotic qat plant in Al-Da’ir Governorate, and it was handed over to the competent authority.
The patrols also thwarted the smuggling of (264) kilograms of the narcotic khat plant in Al-Eidabi Governorate, and it was handed over to the competent authority.
In the same context, patrols of the General Administration of the Mujahideen in Jazan arrested a citizen for transporting him in a vehicle driven by (3) violators of the border security system of both Yemeni and Ethiopian nationalities. They were stopped and legal measures were taken against them.

Violating the environmental system

On the other hand, patrols of the General Administration of the Mujahideen in the Qassim region seized a citizen violating the environmental regulations, in possession of local firewood for sale, and the seized items were handed over to the competent authority.
This comes within the framework of the Ministry of Interior’s follow-up of the activities of marketing, selling, or transporting local firewood within cities and governorates, and on the roads that connect the regions, and what is published about this activity through various platforms.
It urged the General Administration of the Mujahideen to report any cases representing an attack on the environment or wildlife on the number (911) in the regions of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Riyadh, and Al-Sharqiya, and (999) and (996) in the rest of the regions of the Kingdom.
