The most prominent innovative projects
The closing ceremony included an exhibition accompanying the camp’s outputs represented in “9” innovative projects; The “Nask” project, as a smart application concerned with facilitating the rituals in the Great Mosque of Mecca, included the development of vehicles used to transport the elderly and those with special needs.
The “Nubi” project as an innovative incubator is designed to enhance the care of premature children. The “Medipal” project as a robot device is designed to measure all vital signs. The “Rescuvo” project, which displays a robot, is used in rescue operations.
Innovative projects included; The “Celeris” project, which offers a robot specializing in car maintenance by changing the damaged wheels. The “CEMENT ROBOT” project as a robot is used in construction.
And the “bright” robot specialized in cleaning the glass of buildings and towers. Up to the “Inspecto” robot concerned with factories to improve security and safety, and reduce operational costs.
The “Blue Bee” project, which offers robots, is able to draw detailed maps for the surrounding areas, and to move in various environments without relying on any of the maps applications, or communication networks and the Internet.
Achieving development and promoting competitiveness
“The design of innovative projects is the basis for achieving sustainable development and enhancing competitiveness in various fields, as companies and institutions can face global challenges in innovative and sustainable ways, which contributes to improving the quality of life, And create new job opportunities. As the focus on innovative projects is a necessity to enhance the knowledge -based economy and achieve future leadership. ”
“Micathon Robot and Digital Manufacturing”
It is noteworthy that the “Machiton Robot and Digital Manufacturing” camp lasted for four months, and included approximately “47” training workshops in specialized fields, such as “electronics”, “electrical circuits”, “programming”, “modeling”, and ” Design thinking; Which contributed to providing participants with advanced skills and experiences in robot and digital manufacturing systems, and to build vital and fruitful relationships.
The camp comes within the efforts of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, to contribute to achieving the goals of Princess Noura Bint Abdul Rahman Strategy Plan 2025, aimed at providing a supportive environment for innovation and entrepreneurship, providing competitive national outputs, and building a sustainable knowledge society.
