The Emirates Women’s Tour "Dubai legacy"
Dubai, February 5/ WAM/ The Emirates Women’s Tour of Women 2025 will start with its first stage of Dubai, as part of the four -stage race and concludes in Abu Dhabi, with a total distance of 540 km, during the period from 6 to 9 February.
The Emirates Tour, for men and women, is the only world race listed on the agenda of the International Bicycle Federation in the Middle East, which reflects its prestigious position and the successes it has achieved over the past years.
This year, 20 teams will participate in the women’s race, including 15 global teams, 4 professional teams and a continental team.
Dubai in Tawaf bears the name “Dubai’s legacy”, and will start tomorrow afternoon from the Dubai Police Officers Club towards the Dubai Creek, through a number of famous heritage monuments.
This stage extends for a distance of 149 km, and includes prominent areas in Dubai, including the Marmoum Desert region, which includes the largest natural reserve and industrial lakes, in addition to the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Complex, the largest solar energy complex in the world, provided that the finish line is in Dubai Harbor, the luxury residential and tourist destination.
