The Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority issued a decision to close the administrative closure of the “Spacey Nado Nado Restaurant” facility on Hamdan Street in Abu Dhabi, due to its violation of Law No. (2) of 2008 regarding food in the emirate and the legislation issued according to it, as well as its danger to public health.

The authority explained that the food control report stated that the administrative closure decision against the facility came as a result of its violation of food safety requirements due to the repetition of high -risk items, which have a direct impact on food safety and the failure of the facility to take effective corrective measures to correct these violations in a way that affects food safety and the health of consumer, Where 4 violations were issued with an alert to administrative closure and the suspension of the facility’s activity after insect monitoring in the facility.

The authority emphasized that the administrative closure order will continue as long as its causes are found, as it can be allowed to practice the activity again after correcting the facility’s conditions and fulfilling all the requirements necessary to practice the activity, and remove the causes of the violation.

The authority pointed out that the closure and the detection of the allocated abuses comes within the framework of inspection efforts aimed at strengthening the food safety system in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and confirming the supervisory role to ensure the commitment of all installations to the requirements of food safety, explaining that all facilities of their nature and food products are subject to periodic inspection by the authority’s inspectors to confirm It is restricted by food safety requirements.
