Fazza championships for people of determination: More than 25 institutions support us in a year "the society"
Dubai, February 7 / WAM / will start next Monday, the first Fazza International Championships for People of Determination, through the Athletics Championship (the 16th edition of the Grand Prix – Dubai 2025), which will be held on the Dubai Club track for people of determination, with the participation of 400 players from 52 countries .
Majid Al -Osaimi, director of Fazza Championships for people of determination, said that the allocation of the wise leadership in 2025 to be the “year of society” in the UAE, contributed to highlighting the values inherent in our society, and the body of the spirit of solidarity between all its members and institutions to support and empower the owners of determination.
He pointed out in a statement to the Emirates News Agency “WAM” that this tournament sheds light on the status that people of determination in Emirati society have reached over 16 years of work and achievements, since the launch of the first edition of the tournament.
He explained that this year’s version, which coincides with the “Year of Society”, has received exceptional support from more than 25 governmental and private institutions, in a move that reflects the commitment of these bodies to enable people of determination and enhance their role in society.
Al -Osaimi praised the great role of the volunteers, as about 2000 volunteers and volunteers of nationalities and different ages participate in the championship, appreciating the active role of the Emirati media in highlighting the position of people of determination, noting that media coverage contributed to increasing societal awareness of the importance of this category, and changing the stereotype of it.
