40 thousand dirhams financing for each team for participants in the “advanced scientific research program”

The cultural advisor to His Highness the President of the State, Supreme President of the United Arab Emirates University, Zaki Anwar Nusseibeh, announced the launch of a new course of the advanced scientific research program in cooperation between the Emirates University and the Arab Youth Center.

He said during a speech within the activities of the Arab meeting of the young leaders, that in the context of empowering Arab youth, we announce a new course of joint research programs that the United Arab Emirates University will annually launched this year, and that this year the Arab Youth Center led by His Highness Sheikh Dhiab bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Head of the Presidency Bureau for Development Affairs and Families of the Martyrs, Head of the Arab Youth Center.

He added: “This program aims to empower Arab youth in advanced scientific research and supports the axis of this year to develop advanced research solutions to support sustainable development goals, by providing an opportunity for 10 research teams, each consisting of 3-5 students working as a work team and with direct supervision with specialized academics from Arab youth for a period of up to 8 months and funding 40 thousand dirhams for each project, while the project focuses on preparing scientific projects and developing applicable solutions.

He continued: “It also participates in many conferences, and the program works on achieving scientific cooperation between the Emirates University and several international universitys and establishes youth towards the future in a way that contributes to the formation of more stable and developed societies.”
