First, we congratulate you on this great achievement … which is proud of all of us, we would like to talk about your feeling

Thank you very much for this congratulations, this achievement is a pride for me, and every teacher in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and I consider this coronation as an appreciation of the efforts of teachers throughout the country, who work hard and sincerity for the elevation of this country.
I dedicate this achievement to the shrine of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Highness Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, may God protect them, and to all the teachers of the Kingdom who are the role model and the ideal of future generations.

We would like to get to know more about your career in the field of education, how was the beginning? What are the most prominent challenges that you faced?

The beginning of my career in education was after graduation from King Saud University – College of Agricultural Sciences, and this is the first challenge I faced in education, which is that specialization is not educational, but, praise be to God Almighty, I overcame this challenge, and I studied an educational qualification, and I was chosen as a teacher in the primary stage, And I am still in it.
In the field of education, I was subjected to very great challenges, because I did not want to become an ordinary teacher, but rather I want to be a distinguished teacher, and the distinguished teacher tax must face great challenges.

And the first challenge I faced in my educational career when I was in a temporary building with simple capabilities, and the students were simple, and their motivation was simple or weak, so I really wanted to make the latest change because I have a conviction that the distinguished teacher is the one who can overcome the challenges, and the ordinary teacher is the one who wants That everything be in front of him.
I did not have any of the ingredients for students or school, and here it was the challenge, as I started planning to make these students distinguished in the Kingdom and made this school one of the best schools in the Kingdom.
This challenge is very large, he took me a long time and a great effort, and all my energy was exhausted until I reached this school and these students until they are in the ranks of the best students and schools in the Kingdom.

What about your victory over these challenges?

To this day, 20 years after this challenge, what I faced like, and thanks to God we achieved the Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award, and it was the first international award in nearly two decades, and this gave an impressive impression to students and teachers in the Kingdom and for everyone who has received this experience.
After that, I opened to many of the challenges that I had a love, because no teacher can be distinguished except to bring something new, and he must bring something in it.

I was able to overcome the problem of the simplicity of students and the school through many practices, so I looked at what students who were not careful with knowledge or skill needed.
I saw that these students tend to and love electronic programs, the Internet, computer and e -learning, but they are not available to them, and I began to strike on this tendon, so the ministry contracted on that day with the International Intel for Student Education Company in the virtual world, the world of social media and blogs, so the students saw something great.
The school was one of the first schools to do this, which formed for students a qualitative shift that had never existed, to the extent that when students were continuing to teach them after leaving the class at the end of the school day.

What inspired you to choose the education profession, and how do you develop your passion in this field?

My choice for the teaching profession was not by chance, of course, because from a young age I loved this profession.
And I grew up, grew up and grew up with this dream, and affected the teachers at that time, as the teacher had a prestige, so I saw that this teacher is the one who owns the whole world, it is the one who can influence students and in society.
I was a student, I said, I wish I had such a teacher, because it changes and because people love him, so I grew up and grew up with this dream until I entered the university, and when I entered the university, I faced the problem of not accepting me in the college of education that comes out of this teacher.
However, I did not give up and continued my teaching until I finished the College of Agricultural Sciences, and then I took the educational diploma and continued my studies and took a master’s degree from King Saud University.
This passion for education made me develop myself, and the idea of ​​participating in the Excellence Awards came, so I invited the Education Department thanks to that time to participate in the Hamdan Bin Rashid Award, and Professor Youssef Al -Khalfan was the first to invite me to this participation to try my work and programs and presented it to this authority, so I presented my work The Hamdan Bin Rashid Award and it was called to take the full degree and the first place at the level of the Arabian Gulf.
This held me a great responsibility to spread this science and development among my colleagues at the level of the Kingdom and at the level of the Gulf states, and I was invited to provide inspiring experiences I presented, so I was chosen as an ambassador to the award in the Arab Gulf states and I went to the Gulf states and presented them with ideas and presented them with development and developed from teachers.
Until this day in 2025 I am still ongoing with teachers at the level of the Arab Gulf and at the level of Arab countries in developing teachers there.

What are the most important methods that you follow in teaching? How do you encourage your students to learn and interact?
The most important methods I follow with my students are their teaching with love, proximity to the student and listening to him, and taking what is in himself. If you really can have the heart of this student, this means that you will have everything that exists with him.
And knowledge today is present and available and the student can give you more information than you have, but love and listening from it is a skill that our colleagues from teachers in this field must learn in this field.
And I have strategies in this, including that I get to know the student before I see him. With the beginning of each semester or with the beginning of each year, I take a disclosure of the names of the students I have and go to the records, and this is a hard work, but for me a love and passion that I get to know my students.
I make a record for every student that contains all information about students healthy, psychologically, socially, economically, and this helps me to identify the student and solve his problems, and therefore students their levels rise.

What are the most prominent initiatives that you have made to win the award?

Tell us about your orphan support project.

Attention to orphans and the poor was not a coincidence and did not work for the award, as he worked years ago, as I try to approach this category every year to do the Ramadan basket initiative in which we target the poor, orphans and the needy through school, and we go to their homes and teach our students how to go and how to present to these poor people A simple secret way.
In the students, we ignited the love of good and others, so that the students after years of this matter became perseverance, and this was influential.
Of course, we developed until we rise from eating, drinking and others until we build an educational edifice for the talented people. We choose from them talented students, we teach them a sophisticated education with the aim of transforming their course and making them doctors in the future, engineers and scientists.

What are the most important advice you give to teachers who wish to achieve excellence?

My message to teachers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, today the Kingdom is in the ranks of developed countries, and this teachers carry us a great burden, as we must be in the ranks of developed countries.
This achievement I did not achieve alone, but with great efforts from a rational government and governors who are proud of education and see it a very great view, in addition to the support of the Ministry of Education, the Department of Education in Al -Ahsa and my school and my students, who are behind this achievement.
Therefore, I tell my fellow teachers: We must achieve our country’s vision in us to be actually international teachers through education and through development.

What are your most prominent ambitions?

To be the best in the world, this is an ambition that any teacher seeks, but my ambitions are greater than this, so I aspire to be the Kingdom is the first country in the world in education, and, God willing, will be achieved, I will not achieve it, but my colleagues from the teachers in the Kingdom will achieve it.
We will achieve, God willing, this achievement under the banner of the Moulay Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman Abdulaziz – may God protect him – and His Highness the Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman – may God protect him – and the Kingdom of God will be the first in the world in education, God willing.
This is a vision in front of me now and in front of the Ministry of Education and we are able, and I will be one of the first initiatives for the Saudi teacher to be the first teacher in the world. We will repeat, God willing, this achievement until the Kingdom has global leadership.
