"Sharjah Consultant" Prepare to discuss the plans of local departments
Sharjah, February 17 / WAM / His Excellency Dr. Abdullah Belhaif Al -Nuaimi, Chairman of the Consultative Council of the Emirate of Sharjah, stressed the importance of the council’s role in touching the issues of the country and citizens and discussing various issues of interest to public affairs in a way that contributes to strengthening the system of parliamentary action and achieving the aspirations of society through constructive cooperation with government agencies .
His Excellency said that the advisory council is working through its work and sessions to represent the voting of citizens, transfer their needs and aspirations, continue to develop government performance, and improve the level of services provided to society.
This came during his presidency of the meeting of the Office of the Consultative Council of the Emirate of Sharjah, which was held today in the Literary Al -Hirah Council in the city of Sharjah within the work of the second regular session of the eleventh legislative chapter.
During the meeting, the Council discussed the preparations for the topics of the upcoming sessions, during which a number of local departments in the Sharjah government will be discussed with the aim of highlighting its policies, projects and future plans in a way that enhances the development process pursued by the emirate.
The members of the office also reviewed a group of parliamentary axes submitted by the members of the Council, which highlight important issues that touch the needs of citizens, and reviewed the proposals submitted by the members, which reflect their keenness to provide visions and initiatives that contribute to supporting government work and achieving the public good.
The proposals submitted by the public, which represent one of the aspects of societal interaction with the council, were also viewed to confirm the approach of the Consultative Council in involving society and listening to its opinions and ideas as the public as a key partner in developing public policies and services provided.
His Excellency Dr. Abdullah Belhaif Al -Nuaimi stressed, at the conclusion of the meeting, that the Consultative Council will continue to work effectively to achieve the vision of Sharjah in building a coherent and prosperous society, drawing inspiration from the Shura approach, which was established by His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, which is based on promoting dialogue and cooperation to achieve Sustainable development, citizen service and resident on the emirate’s land.
The meeting was attended by Halima Hamid Al Owais, Vice -President of the Council, and a number of heads of specialized committees in the council, Ahmed Saeed Al -Jarwan, Secretary -General of the Council and the decision of the office, and his safety, Salem Baklib, Officer of Sesse Affairs.
