Sharjah is the champion of the Junior Handball League for the 10th time in a row
Sharjah, February 21/ WAM/ The Sharjah Club team for the junior handball category was crowned champion of the junior league for the Sports season 2024-2025 with the full score for the tenth time in a row and eighteen in its history.
The crowning of Sharjah club youths officially came with the title after beating Kalba’s juniors (36-17) in the match they gathered this evening, “Friday” in the Sharjah Sports Club hall in the seventeenth round of the final round of the competition.
His Excellency Nabil bin Ashour, President of the Emirates Handball Federation, crowned Sharjah’s juniors with the league shield and gold medals and the Kalba team with silver medals in the presence of His Excellency Khaled Issa Al -Midfa, Chairman of the Sharjah Sports Club, and His Excellency Mohamed Obaid Al -Hossan, member of the Sharjah Club, Chairman of the Collective Games Department.
It is noteworthy that the Sharjah Handball Club will be on a date with the coronation of Sharjah Cubs in the League and Al -Supple Championship when the Sharjah A and B teams meet in the final of the competition next Sunday at the Sharjah Sports Club Hall.
