The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority has called on all those charged with tax systems to accelerate to take advantage of the “cancellation of fines and exemption from financial penalties”, which ends on June 30, 2025 AD.
The authority explained that the initiative includes the exemption of those charged with the fines of delay in registration in all tax systems, the delay in payment, the delay in submitting the declaration in all tax systems, in addition to the fine for correction of the declaration of value -added tax, the fines of field control violations related to the application of electronic billing provisions, and other general provisions of value -added tax.
The authority explained that the initiative includes the exemption of those charged with the fines of delay in registration in all tax systems, the delay in payment, the delay in submitting the declaration in all tax systems, in addition to the fine for correction of the declaration of value -added tax, the fines of field control violations related to the application of electronic billing provisions, and other general provisions of value -added tax.
