A strong start for the Al Habtoor Challenge Cup for Polo

The Al Habtoor team won its “Benjash” counterpart, 9-7, at the opening of the Al Habtoor Challenge Championship for Polo 2025, which is held on Al Habtoor and Equestrian Club stadiums.

Five teams participate in the championship: Al Habtoor, Bansali, Banjash, Pasha, and Ankoura Lamar, with a rating rate of “Handkap” 10 Jules, and its competitions will continue until Saturday, March 8.

In a second match, the Bensali team defeated Benjash 6-3, while the Al-Basha team settled its confrontation against Ankura Lamar by a half-Jules difference according to the classification difference, by winning 7.5 against 7 goals, after a strong and equal match.

The championship competitions will continue tomorrow, with two encounters, where the Pasha team will meet with “Bensali”, while Al Habtoor faces his counterpart, Ankura Lamar.
