"Economy" The second phase of the national strategy to polarize global talent 2031 is reviewed

Abu Dhabi, March 4 / WAM / The Ministry of Economy reviewed, during a workshop within the activities of the Emirates Innovation Month, “Emirates invent 2025”, the features of the second phase of the national strategy to attract and anticipate global talents 2031.

The workshop, which was held in cooperation with Integra Seven, focused on the specialized consulting company in the field of research and public policies, under the title “foreseeing the future of jobs with a high impact”, and with the participation of representatives of 14 economic and company in the country, the importance of empowering and attracting talents and maintaining them in the state, which establishes the position and leadership of the UAE in the field of innovation in various economic sectors.

His Excellency Juma Muhammad Al -Kate, Assistant Undersecretary for International Trade Affairs at the Ministry of Economy, stressed that the UAE continues to work to achieve its vision to be the best destination for talents and ideas, in a way that contributes to the consolidation of its economic model based on knowledge and innovation, and enhancing its leading position in attracting and keeping global talents, through adopting strategic initiatives and policies that contribute to creating the attractive environment for companies and individuals and supports the achievement of their aspirations And their participation in stimulating the sustainable growth of the national economy.

The workshop represented a platform for a review, the most prominent features of the national strategy to attract and retire global talents in the UAE (2024-2027) and inform the participants on it, as the workshop witnessed the presentation of 17 projects and initiative, which contributes to enhancing the state’s commitment to developing an environment characterized by flexibility and competitiveness, and aims to establish the UAE’s position as the best place to convert ideas and talents into successful projects regionally and globally.

The workshop provided an opportunity to communicate and exchange opinions and experiences between the main decision makers in the authorities and companies, including talent leaders from the participating companies, as their experiences and participation contributed to enriching the dialogue and ensuring the adoption of a comprehensive approach that is in line with the aspirations and requirements of the future.

Natalia Sicheva, executive director of Integra Seven, stressed the importance of cooperation between the public and private sectors, noting that the workshop provided an opportunity to enhance dialogue and cooperation between industrial leaders and policy makers in the UAE.

This workshop comes as a complement to the high -level events organized by the Ministry of Economy recently, which confirms its commitment to enhancing the continuous dialogue with the stakeholders from the public and private sectors in both developing and implementing the strategy.
