Distribution of cash dividends to shareholders for the second half of 2024

The United Electronics Company (Extra) decided yesterday to distribute cash dividends to the company’s shareholders for the second half of the year 2024 AD.
The company said in a statement on Saudi Arabia’s circulation: The total amount distributed is 240 million riyals, while the number of shares due for profits is 80 million shares.
The share of the stock is 3 riyals, while the distribution rate to the nominal share value is 30%.
The date of truth will be 1446-09-18 corresponding to 2025-03-18, while the distribution date will be 1446-10-09 corresponding to 2025-07-07.
