Dubai is preparing for the launch of the IPS 2025 exhibition to enhance its position as a global real estate investment center

Dubai, March 5 / WAM / The Dubai Land and Property Department is preparing to host the 21st edition of the International Real Estate Investment Exhibition (IPS 2025), during the period from 14 to 16 April, at a time when the real estate sector in the emirate continues to achieve record growth, reflecting the confidence of investors and companies in its growing market.

The exhibition is a leading platform that brings together real estate developers, investors, financial institutions, and real estate brokers, to exchange experiences and explore the latest innovations in the sector, including smart construction technologies and urban sustainability.

The exhibition is witnessing wide participation from international bodies, with more than 16,000 visitors expected from all over the world, which enhances the chances of cooperation and cross -border partnerships.

The exhibition’s agenda includes five main axes: “IPS real estate” to review the latest projects, “future IPS cities” to highlight sustainable solutions, “IPS Starburg” for real estate innovations, “IPS Design” for architectural creativity, and “IPS services” to improve real estate and hospitality management.

His Excellency Eng. Marwan Ahmed bin Ghalita, Director General of the Land and Property Department in Dubai, stressed that the exhibition enhances Dubai’s position as a global destination for real estate investment, noting that in 2024 witnessed the registration of 2.78 million real estate transactions, with a total value of 761 billion dirhams, which reflects the market momentum and demand for demand.

The IPS 2025 provides a distinguished opportunity for investors to explore the latest projects, and to identify government incentives supporting the sector, in addition to attending workshops and specialized seminars. The exhibition also includes a competition for startups, to review their solutions to investors, as well as initiatives to support women’s leadership in the real estate sector.

In conjunction with the prosperity of the real estate market in Dubai, the exhibition enhances its role as an incubator for innovation and investment, which contributes to drawing features of the future of the real estate sector locally and globally.
