المملكة: Trade announces the results of the evaluation of auto agents according to 4 main criteria

The Ministry of Commerce announced the results of the evaluation of auto agents, in a move aimed at enhancing transparency, and enabling consumers to see the level of agents’ performance and quality of services provided, which helps them to make studied purchase decisions in light of the multiplicity of available options.

The Ministry stated that the evaluation enhances the competitiveness between the agents and raises the level of quality of services, and is updated periodically according to four main criteria that include: stockpiles of stocks and reservations, after -sales services, the level of compliance, and adherence to consumer rights.

Waiting lists

The evaluation depends on 16 indicators, the most prominent of which are the availability of required cars, waiting lists, maintenance period, and the provision of spare parts.

The evaluation criteria in cooperation with consumers and the private sector have been prepared by the National Committee for Auto Agents of the Federation of Saudi Chambers, along with the agents themselves, with the aim of developing the sector and addressing the challenges facing consumers.
