The recipes of the Ramadan guide offer the Emirati chefs, Faisal Nasser, Muhammad Issa, Sultan Qaid, and Abdel Aziz Ahmed, along with six chefs from the region and the world: Ali Yazdi, Yara Al -Masry, Hala Ayyash, Evan Al -Amir, Kofim Sharma, and René Agnasio.
The list of restaurants involved in the guide includes: Villa 515, “The Light House”, “Dennnink Boutique”, “Sader”, “Tannour”, “Austra Vancolio”, “John & Co” bakery, “Mamavre”, “Queens Restorestans & Cafe”, and “Steak On Mi”.
