“Human Resources and Emiratisation” completes more than 34 million smart transactions during the past year

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation has announced the completion of more than 34 million smart transactions during the year 2024, a growth rate of about 59 % for the year 2023, which witnessed the completion of more than 20 million transactions.

The rate of growth referred to the ministry’s success in adopting digital solutions and benefiting from the outputs of artificial intelligence in order to support its steps towards the bureaucracy and the development of its services system and enhance the experience of customers and contribute to the efforts of the state leadership and its competitiveness in government services and consolidate its position in the top of the global digital economy, as well as its position as the best place to live and work in the world.

The growth also reflects the extent of the consensus of the smart services system for the Ministry of Human Resources with the requirements and needs of customers, and the level of reliability, safety and ease achieved by the system by providing services, and increasing the levels of happiness and customer satisfaction, and enhances the concept of commitment to providing and fulfilling transactions on their times, within levels of efficiency, excellence and competitiveness.
