"Ajman transfer" The open and inflammatory payment system is applied

Ajman, on March 12/ WAM/ The Transport Authority in Ajman announced the start of the application of the open and latteric payment system in public transport buses, in an advanced step towards developing the smart transport sector and enhancing the efficiency of services, so that the authority becomes the first at the state level that applies this technology.

The system allows passengers easily and safely using bank cards and smart payment methods such as Apple Bay, Google Bay and even wearable payment devices such as smart watches, which contributes to facilitating the process of mobility and improving user experience.

So far, smart payment devices have been installed on all public transport buses, as the service has been activated in the internal lines, with a plan to expand its scope to include external lines during the coming period.

The “Travel Path” application was also developed, which the passengers will be able to benefit from in planning their trips, tracking bus sites in actual time, linking their bank cards, and seeing their trips record, which enhances the public transport experience and supports digital transformation in the emirate.

The project includes an advanced system for calculating tariff according to areas and stopping stations, by providing the system in full monitoring of all transactions and issuing system performance reports and administrative and operational reports, including revenue reports and financial reports.

The project also includes the scheduling of drivers to ensure the work of the work effectively, and a system for examining tickets for control and quality, while the system includes a feature for delivery and receipt of buses to ensure smooth and safe work.

In addition, the system provides an entry and exit feature using different channels, which enhances the ease of dealing with users, and also allows them to distribute revenues between different transportation categories such as public transport buses, a demand bus, and the lesson, which contributes to organizing financial operations effectively.
