Abu Dhabi, March 13/ WAM/ Today, the Abu Dhabi Ports Group announced the conclusion of a strategic partnership agreement, in its digital arm, a group of technology, and the Pakistan Window Company “PSW”, a Pakistani government agency responsible for managing and operating the Pakistan Unified Window system, which represents a comprehensive electronic platform aimed at simplifying foreign trade procedures by providing a unified digital outlet that allows dealers Provide all data and documents related to import, export and transit operations.
Strategic cooperation aims to advance digital innovation and enhance border trade efficiency in Pakistan, by employing accumulated experiences with the two institutions in the field of developing and applying advanced digital solutions.
Cooperation includes the launch of an advanced value -added service system that includes digital customs clearance platforms, smart warehouses solutions, risk management systems, e -commerce platforms, software linking software and ports, a unified digital window, and commercial financing tools, in addition to predictive analysis techniques aimed at upgrading the trade system and enhancing the efficiency of risk management.
The partnership also aims to facilitate commercial procedures by employing the latest technologies such as artificial intelligence, “Blockchain” and the Internet of Things, which in turn will contribute to reducing delay in transactions, enhancing transparency levels, and raising the criteria for commitment to organizational requirements.
According to the agreement concluded, the “Technology Section Group” and the “Pakistan Unified Window” company will direct their joint efforts towards exploring and developing promising commercial initiatives in the digital solutions sector to facilitate trade and logistics services globally.
Cooperation between the two sides aims to improve compliance mechanisms and ensure the security of commercial transactions, with a focus on supporting environmental sustainable commercial practices through the shift towards digital documents and environmental friendly logistical solutions that contribute to reducing carbon emissions.
