Abdullah bin Zayed meets the Minister of International Development Cooperation and Foreign Trade in Sweden

His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, met Benjamin Dosa, Minister of International Development Cooperation and Foreign Trade in the Kingdom of Sweden.
During the meeting, which was held today in Stockholm, bilateral relations between the UAE and the Kingdom of Sweden were discussed, and aspects of joint cooperation in several sectors, including economic, commercial and investment.
The two sides also reviewed ways to push the prospects for bilateral cooperation between the two countries towards welcoming horizons that serve their common interests and build on the distinguished relations that bring together the two friendly countries.
His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan stressed the UAE’s keenness to continue to develop its relations with the Kingdom of Sweden, in order to achieve the aspirations of the people of the two countries towards development and prosperity.
His Highness and His Excellency Benjamin Dosa witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry in the UAE and the Swedish Trade and Investment Council on enhancing investment and business opportunities between the two countries.
The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Saeed Mubarak Al -Hajri, Assistant Foreign Minister for Economic and Commercial Affairs, and His Excellency Maha Bouzid, Vice -President of the Swedish Trade and Investment Council.
The meeting was attended by Reem bint Ibrahim Al Hashemi, Minister of State for International Cooperation Affairs, His Excellency Saeed Mubarak Al -Hajri, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Economic and Commercial Affairs, Youssef Abdullah Shaheen, State Ambassador to the Kingdom of Sweden, Amran Sharaf, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Advanced Science and Technology Affairs, and Omar Saif Ghobash, Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and State Ambassador who is not residing in the Vatican.
