المملكة: Urgent Public Prosecutor Acknowledges the inclusion of “Al -Shabu” is acknowledging between the major arrest crimes

The Attorney General, Sheikh Saud bin Abdullah Al -Mujab, acknowledged the inclusion of all criminal descriptions related to metamphine vitamin “Al -Shabu” among the major crimes that are arresting.
And that is within the framework of the national efforts to combat drugs and reduce its spread, and because of the substance of metamphine (Shabu) from severe damage to the health and security of society, causing serious psychological and behavioral disorders, contributing to the high rates of crime and violence, which calls for dealing with this scourge as a great crime that is required to arrest to deal with it firmly according to deterrent legislation and decisions.

Major crimes

His Excellency Decision No. (110) dated 1/9/1446 AH was issued to add paragraph No. (26) to His Excellency Decision No. (1) and dated 1/1/1442 AH to become the following text: All criminal descriptions related to metamphine vitamin “Al -Shabu” are among the great crimes that are for arrest.
The criminal descriptions referred to in the decision are intended: the crime of abuse of youth and crimes related to it, such as possession, smuggling, fetch, receiving, scoring, receiving, buying or transporting, if the intention is to use or personal use, in addition to the crime of attempting to manufacture the Shabu.

This decision comes in accordance with Article (112) of the system of criminal procedures amended by Royal Decree No. (M/125) dated 14/941/1441 AH, which stipulates: “The Public Prosecutor determines -after agreement with the Ministry of Interior and the Presidency of State Security -what is one of the great crimes that lead to arrest and is published in the Official Gazette.
