A plane carrying more than 200 Fenzueli landed that the United States deported them from its territory to El Salvador.
This comes in a clear challenge to an American judge’s order that prevents President Donald Trump’s administration from carrying out these deportations.

The arrival of 238 arrival of the suspects of the “Trin de Aragwa” gang in light of strict security measures.

Rubio indicated that 23 members were sent in the Mexican “M13” gang, including two of its leading leaders, “to confront justice in El Salvador.”

Foreign enemies law

The plane arrived in El Salvador hours after a federal judge in Washington issued a temporary decision prohibiting Trump’s attempt to use the war of war time dating back to centuries.
This law is known as the “Law of Foreign Enemies” from 1798, to deport suspected gang members.

Trump decided to activate the law- which was the last time during World War II- claimed that the gang was waging an irregular war against the United States under the supervision of Venezuela President Nicholas Maduro.
