Hamas chose the war by refusing to launch the hostages

The United States considered on Tuesday that Hamas chose the war by refusing to launch the hostages, with Israel launched violent strikes on the Gaza Strip and its pledge to continue the fighting until all the detainees were fired.
“Hamas was able to firing the hostages to extend the ceasefire, but instead chose rejection and war,” US National Security Council spokesman Brian Hughes said in a statement.
In the same context, a US State Department spokesman said, “Hamas is fully responsible for the war and renewed combat actions.”
“Every dead person would have been avoided if Hamas agreed to the proposal,” which the American delegate made to the Middle East, Steve Wittouf, last Wednesday.
The spokesman added that “Hamas delays the agreement … and forms the Palestinians to bear the consequences.”
Israel confirmed on Tuesday that the strikes it launched in the Gaza Strip was “in full coordination” with its ally, the United States, after raids that killed hundreds and were unprecedented in their severity and the breadth of its scope since the start of the ceasefire with Hamas in January.
