المملكة: The Saudi Media Academy concludes its first sessions within the path of the regions

The Saudi Media Academy concluded the “Media Planning” course within the course of the regions for the year 2025, in cooperation with King Abdulaziz University, which was held in the Makkah Al -Mukarramah region over a period of three days with the participation of 28 trainees and trainees.
The “Media Planning” course included a number of axes, including: designing media strategies, analyzing the media message and the target audience, as well as the effective use of digital tools, and then measuring the impact of media campaigns, the theoretical and applied sides included; To ensure the maximum level of benefit to the participants.

Media strategies

The Academy – one of the training arms of the Ministry of Information – seeks through this course to empower media professionals and specialists in designing and implementing effective media strategies, according to the latest approved methodologies, as well as public analysis, choosing appropriate media outlets, and measuring media performance; To ensure the achievement of the required impact in light of the accelerating transformations taking place in the media sector.
The “Path of the Regions” is among the academy initiatives; To qualify media practitioners in various regions of the Kingdom, by preparing specialized training programs, aimed at developing their skills and enhancing the role of local media in highlighting national identity and cultural diversity.

Innovative training programs

It is noteworthy that the academy is working to qualify national competencies and provide innovative training programs, to contribute to achieving the targets and programs of Vision 2030 and support the development of the media sector in the Kingdom.
At the end of next April, the Academy is preparing to launch a new path under the title “Media Leaders” in its first version, in cooperation with the oldest and most famous universities and international institutions; To train 40 journalists and rehabilitate them according to the highest standards, to prepare a group of media leaders who are able to contribute to the development of the media sector in the Kingdom.
