This comes through an integrated system of field and technical services, according to pre -prepared plans to ensure the best levels of service to worshipers and pilgrims.
Field services integration
The Authority has allocated 38 fields of field service under the slogan “Ask me”, with the aim of providing counseling services through trained trained teams, which contribute to directing pilgrims and visitors inside the Grand Mosque, and answering their inquiries, in a way that facilitates the movement of movement and enhances the experience of visitors.

In the context of the digital transformation, the authority launched a unified electronic platform to reserve the mobility vehicles, allowing pilgrims to choose the vehicles that suit their needs, which contributes to facilitating their movement inside the Grand Mosque, endeavor and roles.
The chapels are also prepared for the retreat during the last ten days, in addition to providing a service from the decomposition of men and women, to ensure the performance of the rituals easily and easily.
