The audit of these facilities comes based on clear criteria that have been set to cover all aspects such as methods of preparation, preparation and preservation of foodstuffs, the commitment of workers in good health practices and their access to occupational health cards as well as training them within the Sharjah Food Safety Program, and the criteria also include other requirements such as the cleanliness of the facility, equipment, tools, maintenance requirements and others.
