The General Authority for the Care of the Two Holy Mosques announced the suspension of work with manual reservations for transport vehicles inside the Sacred Mosque, and to rely fully on electronic reservations through the unified transport platform, as of today, 20 of the blessed month of Ramadan.
This decision comes within the framework of the ongoing efforts to improve the experience of visitors and pilgrims, and to facilitate the movement of movement within the Grand Mosque, while achieving the highest standards of comfort and organization.

The authority confirmed that the priority of the reservation will be allocated to the elderly over the age of 65 years, as they can book electronically via the platform, and if this is not possible they can benefit from service through allocated points inside the Sacred Mosque.

Free vehicles

People with disabilities will also be able to directly access to golf service points without the need for electronic reservation, while providing them with service for free, in order to ensure the ease of their transportation inside the Grand Mosque and provide a smooth and comfortable experience for them.

The authority stressed the necessity of the beneficiaries to attend at the specified date, while bringing the electronic ticket and identity to ensure the provision of the service smoothly and organizing.
The authority also identified the locations of the vehicles inside the campus, which includes the Ajyad Bab 3 bridge in front of Al -Safa Hotel in the first round, Al -Mizanin, and Ajyad Bab 2 was delivered next to the King Abdulaziz Bab No. 1 in the first and second rounds of mezzanine, in addition to the entrance to the Shabika Bridge next to the Dar Al -Tawhid Hotel.
